Seasons Afghan Crochet Pattern
The design sample was made using Lion Homespun yarns and J size crochet hook.
Four center motifs are made and sewn together before the different blocks of color are crochet on. The colors suggest the changing seasons.

MATERIALS:
2- 6 oz. skeins Lion Brand Homespun yarn in the following colors: Mediterranean, Ranch, Sierra and Prairie and size J hook or hook needed to obtain gauge.
FINISHED SIZE: 50"x62"
Gauge: large block = 14” X 18”, 5 sts dc = 2”, 3 dc rows = 2”
LARGE BLOCK:
With J hook and yarn ch-5, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-4 (1 st dc + ch-1), work (dc, ch-1) 7 times in ring, sl st 3 rd ch or beg ch-4, turn.
