This design sample was made using Bernat Lollipop yarn to give it a light weight feel. Size 1 (one) steel crochet hook was used.
Special stitches give the boarder the look of being knit when in was actually crochet.

SPECIAL ST INSTRUCTIONS: To make a shallow double crochet or sdc. A double crochet st basically has 3 horizontal threads at the top and two vertical threads below that. A sdc is made by inserting your hook through those 2 vertical threads of previous row’s st, yo, pull through and con’t with making a double crochet.
