ROW 86-20: Sk 1st st, sc ea st across, ch-1, turn. (6 sts)(5 sts)(4 sts)(3 sts)(2 sts)
ROW 91-100: Sc ea st across, ch-1, turn. End row 100 fasten off.
With needle and invisible thread sew one purse handle loop to center top of one side. Fold over one short end of strap over loop and sew. Do the same for the other side. Sew snap to purse and flap.
